Terms of Service

1. Service description

Nordo is a property management platform for landlords. It helps you track properties, manage leases, record rent payments, manage repairs, and generate financial reports.

Nordo is provided by MSQ AI Ltd, registered in Cyprus.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nordo.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Nordo. We store and process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter (such as tenant personal information) is collected and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nordo for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Reverse engineer or copy the software

5. Financial information

Nordo provides financial reports and tax estimates as a convenience. These are not financial or tax advice. The tax calculations (SDC, GHS) are estimates only. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax advisor for professional guidance.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Nordo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the service unavailable. We will provide notice when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Nordo is provided “as is” during the beta period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Nordo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
